Plymouth After Dark is a major exhibition at The Box planned for April 2022. The exhibition is the outcome of a four-year project that has been investigating a wide range of activity that takes place in the city at night, from live music to the role of the Naval Provost. The project has been collecting oral histories, film, photography and artistic responses to explore people’s stories. The wide range of material and stories gathered will be reflected back to the city through the exhibition. Funded by the University of Plymouth’s iMayflower programme, students will take up studentships in MA Heritage and MA Fine Art to work with curators on the development of Plymouth after Dark.
